Programme Lead

Location: Staffordshire

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 Per Annum + Package

Our client is a leading Consultancy who work on transformative infrastructure programmes that improve lives, support communities, and reduce carbon emissions. They are recruiting for a Programme Lead to drive strategy, ensure delivery excellence, and inspire change across water and environmental sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary programme delivery and governance
  • Oversee NEC3/4 contracts (Options A, C & E) and commercial performance
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and represent Egis at strategic forums
  • Identify growth opportunities and support business development
  • Align programme outcomes with client goals and strategic vision
Requirements
  • Degree in a numeric discipline
  • MAPM or equivalent chartered membership
  • Experience managing NEC3/4
  • Strong CDM and risk management knowledge
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Experience with ECI/ESI in design & build programmes
  • Previous experience working in Water, Nuclear and Environmental sectors is highly desirable
