A leading technology firm in the UK is seeking a Programme Controller to ensure the successful delivery of large complex programmes. You will lead a team of project controllers, provide assurance on project delivery, and work closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in project controls within complex environments, strong leadership skills, and a relevant degree. As a Programme Controller, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of large, complex programmes by leading teams and embedding strong programme controls across Integrated Delivery Teams (IDTs). Day‑to‑day, you'll lead and support project controllers across multiple sites, work closely with IDT leads, provide assurance on delivery performance, and help shape and embed new ways of working across programmes and portfolios. You will also support IDTs managing portfolios or programmes of £100m+, ensuring delivery remains on track and controls are applied consistently across complex projects.
