Programmatic Channel Executive - Houghton Regis

Premier Inn are looking for a passionate and proactive Programmatic Channel Executiveto join our Digital Marketing team, specialising in Programmatic / Display marketing. This role is pivotal in driving incremental revenue, increasing hotel occupancy and building long-term brand strength through full-funnel digital marketing strategies.

Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll bring a strong grasp of the digital media mix to drive continuous improvement and support across cross-channel initiatives that position Premier Inn as Europe’s no.1 budget hotel.

Up to £45,000pa (for the right experience)

Location

Holborn - London or Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire and hybrid working with coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the day-to-day management of Programmatic / Display channels, ensuring campaigns are planned, activated, and optimised effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality execution.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and data analysis to track KPIs, identify opportunities and inform future strategy.
  • Work closely with our wider marketing teams including Brand, PR and Product to ensure strong cross-departmental stakeholder management and a unified full-funnel mindset.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, test new strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance.
What you’ll need
  • Proven experience inProgrammatic / Display advertising.
  • Adata-driven mindsetwith the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • A good grasp of thedigital media mixand how channels work together to drive results.
