Qualifications

• Solid experience in financial management within a Creative, Digital or Professional Services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights that improve commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable managing complex financial structures, including multi-entity P&Ls.
• Confident using Xero, Productive, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting.
• Equip teams with tailored profitability and productivity reports.
• Manage and interpret P&Ls across UK and China.
• Lead resource planning across UK and CN teams.
