Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Profit Protection Compliance Manager to join our enthusiastic and collaborative teams across our London Stadia, at Wembley, Emirates, and London Stadium in Wembley, Islington, and Stratford, in London. What will you do?
  • Plan and deliver event day profit protection, compliance, and related tasks
  • Manage security-related incidents, both involving Delaware North team members and incidents within Delaware North operational areas
  • Carry out event day revenue and stock variance investigations
  • Conduct team member, kiosk, and bar observations to monitor performance, complete audits on team members within the team leader training programme, while providing feedback, and successfully drive improvements
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s standards, policies, and procedures
More about you
  • Experience in profit protection or related field, or managerial or supervisory experience in catering or hospitality
  • Experience in conducting corporate investigation interviews, as well as investigation report and statement writing
  • Skills in written and verbal communication, coaching and mentoring, collaboration and teamwork, independent working, self-development, organisation, problem solving, and IT literacy
  • Good working knowledge of HR employment law, managing operational standards, and health and safety requirements within a catering setting
  • Ability to travel to support our stadium locations, if required
