A new opening has arisen for a Professional Risks Broker to support commercial and financial institution clients. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and a strong client focus, who enjoys balancing technical administration with relationship management.

Responsibilities

Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Servicing existing accounts and handling renewals.
  • Negotiating renewal terms and alternative quotations with insurers.
  • Responding to client queries and liaising with insurers on policy changes.
  • Preparing policy documentation for new and existing customers.
  • Processing policies and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Supporting departmental targets by driving retention and growth.
  • Liaising with senior leadership on audit findings and quality improvements.
  • Promoting the company brand and cross‑selling additional services.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
Skills / Qualifications
