We’re Hiring: Production & Warehouse Operative

Onsite | Full-time | 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

Location: Kettering

Are you hands-on, detail-focused, and ready to join a team that delivers high-quality, customised tool control solutions? We’re looking for a Production & Warehouse Operative to support our growing operations. If you’re organised, proactive, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
  • Assembling bespoke tool control kits for customers and internal stock
  • Quality checking foam and tooling before production
  • Engraving tools and labelling toolboxes/drawers to spec
  • Setting up and testing automated tool control systems (training provided)
  • Foam fitting into toolbox drawers
  • Conducting post-production quality checks and updating documentation
  • Picking items from stock and staging areas for projects
What We’re Looking For
  • Have experience in a warehouse and/or assembly setting
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
  • Communicate clearly — both written and verbal
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Be a strong team player who can also work independently
  • Have MHE licenses (preferred, not essential)
