The Opportunity

Join a growing team where your hands‑on expertise really matters. This full‑time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) offers a pay rate from £13.96 per hour, with time‑and‑a‑half for overtime, working Monday‑Friday.

We're looking for motivated Technicians who thrive on assembling and testing complex electro‑mechanical products—and are excited to help shape the next phase of our expansion.

What you'll be doing:
  • Assemble: Build intricate electro‑mechanical camera systems within a clean‑room environment.
  • Construct: Assemble projectiles with precision and consistency.
  • Prepare: Pack nets to exacting standards for operational readiness.
  • Configure: Pack and organise parachutes to meet safety and performance criteria.
  • Rebuild: Refurbish and reassemble shot projectiles used in testing and training.
  • Test: Join our outdoor field‑testing activities to validate system performance.
  • Support: Assist with user training activities to help customers operate our products confidently.
What we're looking for:
  • Tool‑Proficient: Comfortable using mechanical and electrical hand tools.
  • Soldering‑Ready: Keen to learn or already possess basic soldering skills.
  • Wiring‑Capable: Interested in developing or already have good basic wiring abilities.
  • Communicative: Able to convey information clearly and confidently.
