ROLE OVERVIEW

An exciting role awaits for a Production Technician within a leading pharmaceutical company based in Hertfordshire. This position offers the chance to develop and refine your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out specific processes within the Material Support Function operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP, product licences, Health & Safety standards, and KPIs.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as a Production Technician will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Develop a full understanding of specific environments, process flows, and equipment operation.

2. Perform minor maintenance tasks such as assembly for use and periodic hygienic change of components.

3. Aid the Team Leader/Technician 1 with specific investigations and inform them of any concerns related to the maintenance of working and environmental standards.

4. Ensure compliance with maintenance, calibration, and validation requirements for equipment used.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Production Technician we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a scientific or technical discipline.

2. Proven industry experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with cGMP and Health & Safety standards.
