A GBP 28,000 to A GBP 32,000 + Training, Development and Progression + Benefits

Monday to Friday Days

Production Technician required for a stable and well established employer that can offer a varied role with training, development and progression.

In this role you will follow printed work orders to drill, mark using a computer‑based machine, assemble and pack valves ready to ship to customers.

As well as hands on production work, the role involves reading technical drawings, maintaining stock lists, goods:in and stock checks as well as keeping the workshop tidy.

The company have promoted staff from this into various other exciting roles and so progression is available.

Qualifications

• Able to read Technical Drawings is preferred.
• Will have used a wide range of manual tools and / or pillar drills, lathes, callipers and gauges.
• Experience of using Windows based systems to keep track of jobs, spares, goods:in etc.
