PrepWorld is looking for a Production Team Leader on Sunday to Wednesday Day shift, who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory

Main Duties
  • Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
  • Management of labour costs for your team
  • Management of waste levels for your team
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications

  • Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic English & numeracy skills

Days and Hours of Work

Sunday to Wednesday, 05:30 - 17:30 (Days)

Pay

Starting at £12.81 per hour (level 1), climbing through to £13.13 (level 2), and then £15.53 (level 3) after full training and development
