Overview

We are looking for a driven Production Team Leader to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bondgate (WF8).

As a Production Team Lead, you will be a key leader on the production floor, directly responsible for a team. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production lines and processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage shift resources, deliver on KPIs, and motivate your team to achieve production targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is £36,804.77pa (Basic £33,458.88 + shift allowance £3,345.89)
• £16.85ph (Basic £15.32ph + shift allowance £1.53p)
• £25.27ph Overtime rates after 42 hours worked
• 3 on 3 off Shift pattern Rotating Days and Nights 07:00 to 19:00 & 19:00 to 07:00
• Permanent role and working on average 42 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience

• Ideally you will be an experienced production team leader with at least 1 year experience.
• Strong people management skills and solid technical awareness of manufacturing equipment.
• You will be a decisive problem-solver, comfortable working in a dynamic environment to ensure production plans are delivered in full.
