• Lead the department or line team to be motivated and engaged through job rotation, performance and probation reviews, staff training, coaching, delegation, and communication of team performance.
• Support the Line Manager and cover when unavailable, taking personal responsibility and accountability.
• Champion health & safety and embody Samworth Brothers' purpose and values.
