BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin. Join our team: advancing health, together.

The Role

The Production Team Lead is responsible for the safety, quality, OTIF and budget delivery of assigned production targets by effectively leading a production team.

In this role your responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible to deliver OTIF and on-budget production schedule within safety and quality standards within area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for daily management and support for the team to efficiently achieve production targets.
  • Measuring and reporting departmental KPI’s & escalating through tier meeting structure and/or required means.
  • Collaborate with production planning & scheduling, Technical Operations, Engineering, QC, QA and relevant function to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to production schedules.
  • To continuously improve production performance, proposing, coordinating and executing corrective and continuous improvement actions (including people, product, process and technology improvements).
  • To monitor, control and improve costs within area of responsibility.
  • To lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve production goals.
