Responsibilities

• Assist with initial fault/reject diagnosis and identify suitable '15-minute fixes' to keep production moving
• Liaise with various departments, such as Production Engineering, Production Control, and Quality Control, to find solutions
• Review stock, create repicks, and deliver replacement parts to the production line to minimise downtime
• Raise IERs (Incident Event Reports) and collaborate with Production Engineering as needed

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in an assembly-focused environment
• Proficiency in basic SAP transactions related to PED, QC, and Production Control
• A good understanding of the company's product range and current production status
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
