Production Supervisor
Rugby
Rotating Days & Nights (6am - 6pm)
57,324.50 (including shift allowance & guaranteed overtime)
Permanent Role + Excellent Benefits (life assurance, generous pension, etc.)

We\'re looking for a confident Production Team Leader to join a busy factory that manufactures concrete products for the construction industry.

This is very manual, hands on and it can be mucky

What you\'ll be doing

• Leading and motivating a small team of operatives.
• Driving standards in product quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Keeping control of KPIs and costs (including overtime management).
• Running daily briefings, tackling staff issues, and completing computer-based tasks.
• Rolling your sleeves up and operating machinery alongside your team.
