Established in 1985, Spiral UK is the leading manufacturer of bespoke staircases in the UK.

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent factory supervisor to manage and lead a team of fabricator/welders and apprentices at our factory in Helston, Cornwall.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, manage and motivate the team by providing direction and goals.
  2. Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and tasks.
  3. Serve as a role model and mentor and provide training and supervision to apprentices.
  4. Accurately complete all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
  5. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained and make any recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Attributes:
  1. Supervisory skills and experience in managing staff.
  2. Proficiency in production schedules and production planning.
  3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
  6. Welding / Fabrication experience.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 16:30pm

Rate of pay: Between £30,000 and £40,000 p/a depending on experience.
