Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with experience in a heavy manufacturing background looking for a new role within a leading manufacturing business in Burton on Trent? As a Production Supervisor you will be supervising a team of 10 which includes a team leader and operators. Working 12 hour shifts (days and nights rotating) which includes 1 weekend in 3, offering a salary of £50-55K + quarterly bonus. The Role

Responsible and accountable for a team of Production Operatives and Line Operatives ensuring all operational and production activities are completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient operation of the production lines minimising down time
• Conduct quality checks in key areas on a regular basis, taking responsibility for the quality competence across the shift
• Development of production team members and operational processes including safety, quality, environmental, customer service, and cost
• Day to day management of your operatives which will include performance management, absence management, and motivation of the team at all times
