Are you ready to kickstart your career in production? Join our client’s well-established team as a Temporary Production Operative and become a key player in their expert operation. We’re looking for Temporary Production Operatives to work on a rotating shift pattern (early and late shifts, alternating weekly). This role offers the potential for long-term temporary work in a friendly, supportive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately packing products following specific instructions.
• Ensuring efficiency and precision in the packing process.
• Operating machinery to package goods.
• Weighing and checking goods before packing.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control.
• Keeping your work area clean and organised at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior production experience is beneficial but not essential —we provide full training!
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Shift Pattern:

Rotating shift pattern as follows:

06 : 45-14 : 45 (Monday to Thursday) and 06 : 45-13 : 45 (Friday), followed by 14 : 30-22 : 30 (Monday to Thursday) and 13 : 30-20 : 30 (Friday).
