Hello,

We are currently looking for a Production Operator to work in a manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. The role involves:

1. Operation of automatic and semi-automatic machinery.
2. Adhering to all requirements for cleanliness and visual control using the 5S system to maintain a well-organised operation with a low risk of contamination.
3. Accurately recording manufacturing details by paper and electronic means.
4. Monitoring Kanban tip capping levels weekly, planning, and refilling as needed.
5. Planning and managing internal communications, with awareness of corporate brand, direction, aims, and activities.
6. Undertaking training to develop skills relevant to the role's duties and responsibilities.
7. Being vigilant about health and safety within and outside the company's offices.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Pay: £26,000 - £27,000
