Shift Pattern:
3 days on, 4 days off – rotating days and nights.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Production Operator, you’ll ensure our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You’ll:

• Operate machinery and equipment to meet daily production targets
• Carry out effective shift handovers and communicate clearly with team members
• Maintain a safe working environment and act promptly to prevent accidents
• Keep equipment clean and hygienic, using CIP systems where required
• Collaborate with engineering teams to minimize downtime and uphold high standards
• Complete all compliance documentation accurately
• Continuously seek process, safety, and efficiency improvements

• Strong awareness of health and safety
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy for operating systems and equipment
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern
