Temporary, Food manufacturing sector, Hull

Cranswick Country Foods Riverside in Hull is looking to expand its team and is recruiting for Production Operatives on a 4on-4off basis, 6am-6pm - Days.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Country Foods Riverside. Riverside opened in 2012 as a satellite site to their primary processing facility in Preston, Hull. They produce fresh and added value pork for a major retailer. The company prioritizes factory investment and future strategy by delivering market-leading supply chain standards and fostering a quality culture that puts customer needs at the forefront. Despite their scale, they remain a local business with traditional values. To support expansion, they are seeking reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking candidates for full-time work on a 4on-4off schedule, which could lead to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling pork products into packaging, labelling, and packing
• Physically able to move heavy meat products
• Regularly checking product quality on the line
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Meeting deadlines with enthusiasm and conscientiousness
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Being proactive and eager to learn and develop
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential
• Adhering to Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times
