Job Title: Assembly Operatives
Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate
Salary: 23,360 per annum + 3,502 shift allowance ( 13.77/hour)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, rotating 2-shift pattern

We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join our busy manufacturing team based at our facilities on the Wrexham Industrial Estate site.

Shift Pattern (2-Week Rotation):

• Week One:

  • Mon-Wed: 7:00am - 3:00pm

  • Thu-Fri: 11:00am - 7:00pm

• Week Two:

  • Mon-Wed: 11:00am - 7:00pm

  • Thu-Fri: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly, testing, and packing of link boxes

• Ensuring all tasks are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently

• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality

• Involvement in some heavy lifting tasks

• Previous manufacturing/production experience (preferable)

• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy

• Able to work as part of a team to achieve collective targets

• Passion for quality
