Production Operative - Long Benton

Shift Pattern: Days, Backs, Nights & Occasional Weekends (Flexibility Required)

Location: Long Benton

Pay Rates (Pre-Parity):

• Day Shift: £12.21 per hour
• Back Shift: £13.21 per hour
• Night Shift: £13.21 per hour

Pay Rates (Parity - After 12 Weeks Worked):

• Day Shift: £12.41 per hour
• Back Shift: £13.96 per hour
• Night Shift: £15.51 per hour

We're currently recruiting Production Operatives for a leading manufacturing company based in Long Benton. This is ongoing, year-round work with excellent shift availability - particularly as we head into the peak period, so now is the perfect time to get started.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment on the production line
• Sorting products and materials
• Tray washing duties
• Carrying out quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Meeting production targets and deadlines
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, backs, nights, and occasional weekends
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
