A leading food production company in Watton is looking for a Production Operative to assist in the production of pork products. Responsibilities include supporting the production team and ensuring high standards in a fast-paced environment. A self-motivated team player with basic English skills is preferred. Full training is provided and a competitive pay rate of £13.82 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

Job details

As a Production Operative in our Primal Packing department, you’ll be assisting with the production of pork products. Please note this role involves heavy lifting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the production of pork products in the Primal Packing department.
  • Support the production team to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.
Shift pattern

Monday - Friday. Hours 06:00am – 15:18pm, with flexibility to stay later during busy periods.

Pay and benefits
  • Rate of pay – £13.82
  • Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
  • Overtime – time and a third after basic hours
  • Pension – 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions

What you will need

  • Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however this is not necessary as full training will be provided
