A growing food manufacturing company in Wrexham Industrial Estate is seeking experienced Production Operatives for their afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and preferably experience in production. Responsibilities include overseeing production lines and conducting quality checks. This is a full-time role with a pay starting at £12.50/hour, rising after 12 weeks.

Production Operatives - Food Manufacturing (Wrexham Industrial Estate)

We\'re currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join Afternoon shift at a growing food manufacturing company based in Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business with ambitious expansion plans and a supportive team environment.

• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
• Pay Rate: Starting at £12.50/hour, rising to £13.00/hour after 12 weeks
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
• Training provided on morning shifts 7am/8am start

Responsibilities

• Oversee production lines to ensure smooth operation
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards
• Liaise with team leaders and production staff
• Maintain cleanliness and safety through general housekeeping duties

Ideal Candidate

• Diligent and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with a hands-on approach
• Willing to engage in all aspects of the role including technical, manual, and housekeeping tasks
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
