Production Operative

Join our client’s first-class manufacturing facility in Burgess Hill, crafting high-end aluminium, steel, and glazed products. They have vacancies for enthusiastic, hands-on team members to work in our Powder Coating or Door Assembly production areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production, assembly, and packing tasks.
• Operate production machinery and hand-held tools.
• Perform basic quality checks.
• Store goods and raw materials, potentially using lifting equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

About You

Experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. A good work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, can-do attitude are more important. You will need to be reliable, responsible, and committed to high standards.

Hours

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (with potential for overtime).
