Production Operative – Precast Concrete Company (Doncaster). Are you ready to be part of a growing team in the construction manufacturing industry? We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Operative to join a precast concrete company in Doncaster.

Role details
  • Temp to Perm
  • Immediate start
  • Monday to Friday/ 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Pay: GBP13.08ph
Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will be at the heart of a production process, ensuring the preparation of high-quality concrete mixes for our precast products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining production standards.

  • Operate and monitor concrete mixing equipment to achieve precise formulations.
  • Measure and mix raw materials according to specified ratios and requirements.
  • Perform quality checks on mixes and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in concrete mixing, manufacturing or a similar environment (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of mixing equipment (training provided).
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to meet deadlines.
  • Physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
