General Job Description

As a Production Support Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in preparing extrusion machinery, blending raw materials, and supporting operations across automated packing lines and their bakery. You'll be part of a close-knit team committed to quality, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare extrusion manufacturing machinery for daily production
  • Accurately blend raw materials following batch specifications
  • Support automated packing machine operations and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Assist in bakery production tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Complete daily and weekly clean-downs of equipment and work areas
  • Keep clear and accurate records in line with HACCP and company standards
  • Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to meet production targets
Training & Development
  • Full on-the-job training provided by experienced team members
  • Bi-annual external food hygiene training
  • Opportunities for cross-training across departments
