Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join our client's clean room team in Skegness as a Production Operative. This is a hands-on role within a clean and controlled environment, ideal for those who enjoy active, structured work.

Production Operative Benefit:

• Job role: Production Operative - Cleanroom Environment
• Location: Skegness
• Shift: Late Shift
• Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 14:15pm to 00:45am & Thursday: 14:15 to 00:15am - Fridays off
• Start date: 5th January 2026
• Duration: Temporary

Production Operative Pay Rates:

• £15.66 per hour for hours worked after midnight to 6am
• £12.60 per hour for all other hours worked
• Time & half for overtime in the week and Saturdays and Sunday Double time

Production Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Emptying industrial washers and dryers
• Folding and preparing clean garments for delivery
• Adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• As a Production Operative you will be working within a clean room environment where you will be handling garments worn within the scientific, manufacturing, factory, production and industrial sectors therefore this role requires full PPE cover - hood, mask, gloves etc.
• This is a 'hands on' practical role that would suit an individual with a strong work ethic.
• Working within a team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Production Operative Criteria:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to high hygiene and quality standards
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work early mornings
• Previous experience in a production or clean room environment is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided
• Flexible with duties and willing to work in other departments if requirement
