Overview

Production Operative – Location: NN10, Rushden. Shifts: Monday to Friday, 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00. Potential Saturday work required – full flexibility essential. Pay Rate: £12.50–£13.50 depending on shifts.

ACS Staffing Solutions are pleased to be working with a new client in the Rushden area. We are looking for Production Operatives to join our team. Our client handles commercial and domestic plastic, paper, cardboard, and metal waste with some of the most sophisticated recycling technology available today. Responsibilities
  • Sorting and processing recyclable materials (plastics, metals, paper, etc.)
  • Ensuring quality control and reporting any issues to supervisors
  • Keeping the workspace clean and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Supporting with general duties across the facility as required
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production, warehouse or recycling environment is desirable but not essential – full training provided
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights), Monday to Friday
  • Full flexibility, including the ability to work Saturdays when required
  • Good level of physical fitness – this is a manual role
  • A team player who is punctual, reliable and safety-conscious
