Overview

Role: Production Operative

Location: Rugby

Pay Rate: GBP12.21 per hour (Basic)
Overtime Rate: GBP15.26 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6AM – 3PM

Sunday overtime available as and when required

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing and well established food production business in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to secure stable, long-term work with potential for progression and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing, cutting, and marinating food products on a production line
  • Re-working and packing of food products
  • Open to being Upskilled into different areas of the production process
  • Ensuring basic food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed
  • Working efficiently in a chilled environment (8–9 degrees Celsius)
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential
  • A basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety is preferred
  • Ability to work in a cold environment and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
  • Works well in a team
  • Works well in fast paced environment
