Production Operative - Immediate Start

Were looking for a hands-on, reliable Production Operative to join our clients factory team. Youll help manufacture products to exact specifications, check quality, and make sure orders are completed and despatched on time.

About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production and timely dispatch of high-quality goods. Responsibilities include:

• Producing orders to a high standard of finish
• Ensuring orders are dispatched in line with customer delivery schedules
• Managing stock orders from distributors for efficient turnaround
• Reporting progress and flagging any production issues
• Supporting regular stock checks and inventory accuracy

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a dependable and fast-learning individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You should be:

• Physically fit (this is an active, standing role involving some lifting)
• Comfortable working with measurements and basic angles
• Familiar with production or manufacturing environments
• A good communicator and team player

Additional Details

• Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday
• Start: Immediate
• Contract: Temporary to start, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
