Job description

Hales Group is recruiting Production Operatives for an exciting opportunity with our client near Beccles starting on MONDAY 7TH APRIL 2025!

Shifts: 3 to 4 shifts per week following structured shift pattern
Hours: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
Pay: £12.21+ per hour (+ enhanced OT rate!)
Location: Beccles

Contract: Temporary ongoing

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Quality Assurance: Inspect and pack bottles to meet quality standards, identifying and resolving faults as needed.
• Warehouse Support: Palletise, label, and record finished products, transporting them to the warehouse.
• Recycling: Collect and recycle scrap materials efficiently.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with Team Leaders on cleaning, hygiene, training, and labour plans.
• Product Handling: Move boxes/trays of finished products, ensuring documentation is accurate.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised production area, meeting safety and housekeeping audit standards.

What You’ll Need:
Own Transport (due to the location of the role) and a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
