Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company based at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long‑term work with the potential to go permanent.

About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in various assembly tasks, including packing IT enclosures for dispatch. This is a hands‑on role that requires:

• Use of manual and powered hand tools.
• Manual lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Working in a fast‑paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and pack IT enclosures as part of a team.
• Perform visual inspections of parts to ensure quality standards.
• Follow established procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Meet production targets within set timeframes.

What We're Looking For:

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to follow clear instructions and processes.
• Team player with a methodical and practical approach.
• Positive attitude towards health & safety.
• Good level of English to understand work instructions.

Shifts & Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: Mon‑Fri | 7am - 3pm | £12.39 per hour.
• 2nd Shift: Mon‑Fri | 3pm - 11pm | £15.49 per hour.
• 3rd Shift (Nights): Sun‑Thurs | 11pm - 7am | £16.52 per hour.
