Overview

Production Operative – Cullompton Area

£12.22 per hour (Basic) | Monday to Friday | Permanent. Own transport is required due to the location.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Thursday: 7am – 3:30pm
• Friday: 7am – 2:30pm

Pay Rates

• Basic Rate: £12.22 per hour
• Overtime Rate: £18.33 per hour
• Sunday Rate: £24.44 per hour

Key Duties

• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of truss packs.
• Perform regular quality checks during production to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.
