Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Production Operator in Clitheroe. The role involves assembling components using automated equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Candidates should have some manufacturing experience and be willing to follow detailed instructions. Pay starts at £12.87, increasing to £14.80 after 12 weeks with rotating shifts from 6am to 10pm.

Qualifications

  • Some manufacturing and/or press operating experience would be beneficial.
  • VA Operator experience in automation/assembly would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to site regulations working safely and complying with all company safe working practices.
  • Complete all paperwork in real time, accurately and legibly in line with company GMP procedures.
  • Carry out safety checks and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping.
  • Report all quality issues to the Production Leader/Group Leader immediately.
  • Ensure a thorough and effective daily handover including current setup and running status.
  • Display behaviors linked to Client's PRECISE values.
  • Continuously monitor machines during production.
  • Work to specific and detailed written instructions.
  • Adhere to mandatory site policies.

The Recruitment Group are looking for a Production Operator to join our Client in Clitheroe. We are looking for a Production Operator who has got manufacturing / press operating experience. If you are interested in the Production Operator role then please read below:

Pay: GBP12.87 increasing to GBP14.80 after 12 weeks

Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm rotating shifts

Role Summary

To assemble, press and wash components to manufacture valves, cans and components using automated production equipment within the CMF and Valve Assembly department, maintaining a safe working environment and GMP standards.

Role Responsibilities

  • Adhere to site regulations working safely and complying with all company safe working practices and procedures
  • Complete all paperwork in real time, accurately and legibly and in line with the company GMP procedures and policy
  • Carry out safety checks and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping
  • Report all quality issues to the Production Leader/Group Leader immediately
