The Role

As anProduction Manager, you will provide hands on leadership to the Production Staff, Project Management, and Accounts departments. This role is critical to ensuring seamless collaboration of efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Oversight: Lead and monitor production performance, ensuring accountability and alignment with organisational KPIs.
• WHS responsibility for the workshop including setting the standard.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between departments, resolving bottlenecks and promoting a culture of mutual support.
• Project Management and Delivery: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to exceed client expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance communication, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop teams, fostering professional growth and a positive workplace culture.
• Financial and Accounts Oversight: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency while supporting organisational growth.
