Responsibilities

• Oversee management of 8/9 readymix concrete plants.
• Be based out of the Norwich site and travel to others.
• Manage a team of around 20, including supervisory roles.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with the team.
• Full P&L responsibility for operations.
• Manage maintenance activities and CapEx projects.

The role

• Overseeing the management of 8/9 readymix concrete plants around the East Anglia area
• Based out of the Norwich site, you will travel to the other sites when required
• Managing a team of around 20 including Plant Supervisors, Relief Supervisors, Fitters, and Apprentices
• Quarterly 121\'s with the team
• Full P&L responsibility
• Managing maintenance
• Taking responsibility for CapEx projects

What you need

• Experience of managing within a heavy engineering environment
• Managing a large team
• Experience of managing multiple sites
• Managing a maintenance team
• Full UK Driving Licence
