Are you a results‑driven production leader with a proven track record of delivering meaningful efficiency gains? A leading industrial process manufacturer is seeking an experienced Interim Production Manager to support a critical improvement phase within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• In this hands‑on and fast‑paced position, take ownership of day‑to‑day production operations while spearheading targeted optimisation initiatives.
• Assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, implement robust improvements, and embed best‑practice methodologies across the manufacturing site.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve output, quality, and safety objectives.
• Analyse existing workflows and introduce efficiency‑focused improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma or similar).
• Implement structured KPIs and performance reporting.
• Support the senior leadership team through a period of operational change.
