A leading recruitment consultancy is looking for a Production Manager in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will manage a shopfloor team of around 10 and oversee materials, planning, quality, and production schedules. A strong background in cabinetry or woodworking is essential, along with proven leadership experience. A salary of up to £60,000 is offered for this role.
