40 Hours per Week Monday to Friday - 13:30 Finish on Friday

Production Manager required for a very successful manufacturing company with a 25-year history. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a growing company and play an integral role in developing production processes. This role truly offers the opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact with company plans to move into a new facility in the near future.

Canddiates will need experience working in a CNC machining environment and will need familiarity with 4/5 axis machining. This role would suit an experienced Production Manager or Supervisor/Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. Knowledge of CAD is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Establishment of new manufacturing processes
  • Manufacturing / capacity planning - working with one off and bulk orders
  • Management of lead times
  • Quality management - quality checks of parts and processes
  • Managing a team of 14 in the workshop and 2 in the drawing office
  • Using CAD to support the development of designs to be shared with customers
  • Ensuring H&S standards onsite
