A premium multi solutions specialist is currently seeking to recruit a Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department and related teams. The role involves ensuring departmental objectives, including production targets, quality, and safety standards, are met. The ideal candidate will have management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Production to drive continuous improvement and foster a LEAN culture. Experience in the Transactional or Direct Mail industry is advantageous, but candidates from all sectors within the printing industry will be considered.
