Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Production team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements using Lean and CI methodologies.
• Work closely with Supply Chain to balance output, cost, and inventory levels.
• Act as a senior point of contact for operational issues impacting customers.
