Production Engineer - Milton Keynes

Salary: £42,000-£45,000

The Role

You will act as a technical link between engineering and production, ensuring that manufacturing processes are robust, safe, and optimised for quality and output.

  • Developing and implementing production processes, tooling, and standard work.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across lean manufacturing, quality, and throughput.
  • Providing technical guidance to production teams and liaising closely with design and engineering.
  • Supporting new product introductions, including process validation and documentation.
  • Investigating root causes of manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and internal procedures.
About You

We are looking for a proactive engineer with strong problem-solving skills and experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You should bring:
