Job description

The Product Sales Expert drives regional growth and achieves sales targets for Email across the EMEA region. Acting as a deliverability champion and strategic partner, the PSE translates company strategy and work done with the product teams into actionable regional plans, collaborates with local sales teams to position Infobip Email with key new and existing customers, and identifies market opportunities to maximize gross profit and guide customers toward best‑in‑class deliverability practices. Success is measured by gross profit increase, the number of strategic opportunities closed as won, and the successful rollout of product growth initiatives.

Regional Strategy & Execution
  • Translate the company product strategy into actionable regional plans.
  • Build and execute business plans to hit product targets in the EMEA region.
  • Identify new market opportunities and whitespace to expand adoption of deliverability‑focused solutions and best practices.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
  • Partner closely with sales teams to position Email product with key customers - providing training, deal guidance, and consultative support.
  • Meet directly with key customers to assess deliverability challenges and drive adoption of advanced deliverability solutions.
  • Actively participate in sales cycles to accelerate deals, improve customer email service outcomes, and boost long‑term retention.
Product Expertise & Market Feedback
  • Maintain deep knowledge of deliverability principles, product capabilities, and the competitive landscape across EMEA.
  • Act as the regional "go‑to" expert for Email Deliverability, advising on reputation management, authentication, and infrastructure performance.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform the Email Business Unit, helping shape global GTM strategy and product roadmap.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate with Email Business Unit teams to ensure product and feature alignment with EMEA realities and evolving sender needs.
  • Serve as a bridge between regional sales teams and HQ product teams, ensuring local feedback translates into global improvements.
  • Contribute to regional and Email Business Unit‑level strategy discussions, advocating for deliverability initiatives that drive customer success and market leadership.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a systematic and creative approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability and willingness to reallocate globally in order to work hands‑on with customers and regional colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • High‑level communication skills.
  • Proactive critical thinker, ready to constantly adapt to address new business challenges and recommend productive ideas.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel primarily).
