You’ll shape the product vision, build roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a dynamic and strategic role that blends product management, stakeholder engagement and agile delivery. You’ll be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions that meet customer and business needs.

With a focus on Azure Pipelines, you will be using platforms such as Azure DevOps, Azure Services, Terraform, PowerShell, SonarQube, Progre, New Republic and Splunk to support our transformative products that align with business goals, enhance user experiences and support our mission to drive business value. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating complex and uncertain environments, leveraging framework‑driven approaches to mitigate risks and adopting an experimental mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Typical Duties
  • Develop and manage the Product Roadmap and Backlog aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market / user research and horizon scanning to identify opportunities.
  • Own product data and ensure compliance with Data Governance standards.
  • Collaborate on portfolio strategy and manage dependencies.
  • Track benefits and ROI through effective prioritisation.
  • Work with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and Solution Architects to plan and deliver features.
  • Ensure operational readiness and manage change impacts.
  • Monitor product performance and resolve incidents.
Qualifications
  • Lean or Six Sigma accreditation (highly regarded).
  • Background in process streamlining or improvement initiatives.

  • Experience in Financial Services particularly mortgages and loans (regarded but not essential).
  • Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro, Trello, Power BI and MS 365 Suite.
