A global professional services business in Central London is seeking a Product Owner with extensive audit knowledge and experience in complex environments. The role is effectively remote but requires occasional travel for team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, strong stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication abilities are essential in this fast-paced, global environment.
Product Owner required to join a global professional services business based in Central London. This is effectively a remote role, with travel to London, Europe and the States on occasions for team collaboration. Travel and accommodation will be reimbursed.
The role requires expertise on both the business and technical sides of Audit. Experience with audit tools and platforms used by major firms (for example KPMG Clara, EY Canvas, PwC Aura, Deloitte Omnia) is highly desirable. In addition, candidates with strong audit process tool experience from a Product or Project/Programme perspective (including but not limited to firms such as BDO, Grant Thornton, RSM, Forvis, Mazars, etc.) will also be considered.
You will be the face of the business for the development team and should be able to operate separately from other Product Owners. You will build understanding of relevant audit topics for the features of a large product by liaising with both the Audit business and the Technology side.
You should be able to provide strong examples of success in areas such as handling last-minute changes to priorities. Global coverage may lead to early/late calls, and some flexibility with times is expected. This is not a standard 9am-5pm role.
