Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
• Interact directly with clients onsite to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and provide updates.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining high quality standards.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on client feedback and market trends.

Requirement/Must Have

• Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare-related projects (payer, provider, EHR systems, claims processing, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of direct onsite, client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions aligned with business objectives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
• Agile or Product Ownership certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
