A global tech leader is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption and growth of advertising solutions across leading social and messaging platforms in the EMEA region. This is a strategic role at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
As the go-to-market lead for priority ad products, you\'ll be responsible for shaping strategy, executing launches, and driving adoption across multiple markets. You\'ll work closely with Sales, Communications, and other partner teams to ensure products are not only launched effectively but also embedded into the market for long-term success. At the same time, you\'ll act as the "voice of the market," bringing insights, opportunities, and customer feedback back to global product teams to inform future roadmaps.

What you\'ll do
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for advertising solutions across EMEA.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Deliver product positioning, training, segmentation, and client narratives tailored to local markets.
  • Use data and market insights to influence product strategy and ensure customer needs are at the centre of decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners - from communications and PR to events and thought leadership - to build awareness and drive adoption.
What we\'re looking for
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher.
  • 5+ years\' experience in technology, advertising, or business operations.
  • Strong product marketing expertise with experience launching and scaling digital ad products.
  • Skilled communicator and influencer, comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with proven ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
  • Track record of project management and driving measurable business impact.
Bonus skills
  • Experience with messaging platforms, AI-driven solutions, or large-scale ad ecosystems.
